ESTIMATE FOR WEBSITE DESIGN

New design of a four–page personal website includes:

· Preliminary consultation and two editing consultations prior to publication

· Conversion of your logo to web format

· Design and web optimization of graphics, text & table

· .html page design

· Email response links

· Links to outside web pages

· Publishing web pages to web*

· Meta-tags and search engine submission

· Two free updates** annually

The price for this basic design service would be $250.

Fees for additional features:

· Each added web page off the home page @ $100

· .pdf (Acrobat) files for printable forms @ $20

· Add-ons like calendars, reply forms, etc. @ $100 up

· Original graphic design, logo design, photo scans, etc. billed at $1/minute

· Flash movies and web stores/Pay Pal buttons – contact for pricing

The above fees are negotiable depending on the complexity of the webpage/site. An initial deposit of 50% is required. The balance is payable upon live posting of the website. At the end of twelve months, the client may elect to maintain the site personally or extend the maintenance agreement at a rate to be determined. If the client elects to transfer the maintenance of the site from Unicorner before the end of the first year there will be no refund of the original fee.

The site will be designed using FrontPage on a PC platform.

*The cost of services does NOT include fees charged by other companies to host your webpage, purchase a domain name, or include your website in their directory or search engine.

**Updates are considered simple text and photo changes and are limited to two hours of labor. Additional time will be charged at $1/minute. Graphic and add-ons are considered redesign and are billed at $1/minute. Additional charges must be approved in writing.
